Willowphant

As part of our participation in The Creative Contexts for Learning Project, David Mell (Art Adviser for the LEA) came into school and worked with all the pupils to create a Willow sculpture. Our project is 'India' this term and so it was decided that the sculpture would be an Indian elephant. The whole school was involved and the children were grouped vertically so that the older children and younger children worked together collaboratively. The elephant is currently on display in the junior classroom.
