Afterwards there was a talent show at the Village Hall. William remarked “I thought that it was amazing!” Julian commented, “The song was sad but the music was excellent.” Henry said “It was fun and entertaining.” It was a village event but the school joined in. All the children were dressed up to sing ‘Widdicombe Fair’. After that many jokes were told, along with some more songs. Grace said it was a very joyful and happy occasion, and Alastair said that it was very exciting. It was well attended. Food and drink were available, and at 9pm everyone went home.
